Ashtanga Yoga: Transformation through Permanence

Everyone has a different reason for beginning yoga. In the case of SyteraYoga teacher Kathy Low, it was a colicky baby. Kathy had taken many styles of yoga since 1998, but it wasn’t until she ended up in an Ashtanga yoga class in 2007 that she began to see the light at the end of the baby tunnel.
